Terms of service
Effective date: September 11, 2026. This page explains the terms of using MUTher.
1. Who we are
MUTher is operated by Mind Your Now LLC. MUTher is an unofficial third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Electronic Arts Inc. Madden NFL and Ultimate Team are trademarks of Electronic Arts Inc.
2. Beta service
MUTher is in beta. Things may break, and features may change or be removed as we keep building it.
3. Your account
Create one MUTher account per person. Keep your credentials safe — do not share them with anyone else. You must be at least 13 years old to create a MUTher account.
4. Informational advice, no guaranteed results
The coach’s markups, prices, and recommendations are informational. They are generated by software from your synced binder data and observed market activity. They are not financial advice, and they are not a guarantee: the market can move against any recommendation MUTher makes, and outcomes are not guaranteed.
Every in-game decision — every purchase, auction listing, or quicksell — is yours to make. MUTher does not act on your EA account: it only reads your MUT data. It never buys, sells, lists, or quicksells anything for you.
5. EA account linking
Linking your EA account authorizes MUTher to read your MUT data through your EA sign-in. You can unlink your EA account and delete your saved data at any time in Settings. We never see your EA password.
6. Acceptable use
Do not scrape or automate access to MUTher outside its normal use, resell access to the service, or abuse it in any way that degrades it for other players. Using MUTher does not change your obligations under EA’s own terms of service — you remain bound by those.
7. Subscriptions and refunds
MUTher is free to use today. When paid plans open, prices are published on the Pricing page and no account is charged without starting a subscription itself.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and the merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, tax and receipts, and is the party named on your card statement — it appears as PADDLE.NET* MINDYOUR.
A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from Settings, and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not give partial refunds for an unused part of a period beyond what Paddle’s own buyer terms and your local consumer-protection law require.

9. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
MUTher is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Mind Your Now LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MUTher, including any in-game or market outcome. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as MUTher changes. Updates are dated and posted on this page.
