Privacy and data

The full statement is on the Privacy page. This is the short version of the parts players ask about.

What MUTher stores

• Your email address and a hash of your password.
• A session cookie, sent by your browser to MUTher's API.
• If EA is linked: encrypted EA session credentials and your persona details.
• Your saved binder, lineup, wallet and chemistry, as EA returned them, plus the reports the coach wrote about them.

The database and the application run on DigitalOcean infrastructure.

Your EA password is never any of MUTher's business. It is typed on EA's own site. MUTher Link does not read it, does not store an EA token, and never receives your email address.

What goes to the AI provider

The coach works by sending your team information to a third-party AI provider — OpenRouter, routing to Meta's meta/muse-spark-1.3-contributor model. That is a contributor route: the prompt MUTher sends and the answer that comes back may be used to improve that provider's models. It is what makes a coach this thorough affordable to give away, and you can switch it off.

Sent:

1. Your binder — EA card ids, player names, ratings and attributes, positions, team ids, and whether a card is auctionable or bound. The card ids of cards you have protected go with them, so the coach knows to leave those alone.
2. Your depth chart and lineup, its chemistry, and the abilities on it.
3. Your wallet balances: coins, points and training.
4. A digest of what changed since your last sync.
5. Your coach preferences: theme team, playstyle, budget and reserve.
6. Market observations for the cards in question, and the wiki evidence the coach is answering from.
7. In chat: the questions you type, and the earlier turns of that conversation.

Never sent:

1. Your email address.
2. Your MUTher user id, or any session or login identifier.
3. Your EA persona or nucleus identifiers.
4. EA credentials or tokens of any kind, and the raw account archive.

MUTher records what each request cost against your account in its own ledger, on its own servers. That record never travels to the provider.

Turning the coach off

Settings → AI coach. It stops new analyses immediately and leaves binder sync, your depth chart and your saved reports working. It cannot recall anything already sent.

Deleting your data

Two separate controls, both in Settings:

• Unlink EA account removes the EA credentials and any unused pairing code. Your saved binder and reports stay.
• Delete saved EA data removes the saved account data and the connection, and keeps your MUTher login. It asks you to type DELETE first, because it cannot be undone — you would need to link EA and sync again.

Deleting removes the rows from the application database: your EA link, pairing codes, sync jobs, saved responses, snapshots and what changed between them, your preferences, your dismissed advice, and your coach chats. Saved account data has no automatic expiry in this release, and a backup-erasure timeline has not been verified, so the Privacy page does not promise immediate deletion from backups.

Removing the extension from Chrome stops it running. It does not delete anything MUTher holds and does not unlink your account.

MUTher never writes to your EA account

Linking authorises MUTher to read your MUT data. It never buys, sells, lists or quicksells anything, and there is nowhere in the product for such a button to appear. Every in-game decision is yours to make.
